Skylands Girls Fastpitch Softball
Skylands Girls Fastpitch offers girls in Clinton Township and
the surrounding areas a venue to develop their softball skills and teamwork and
apply them in reasonably competitive games.
We follow ASA guidelines (www.softball.org)
and begin introducing the fastpitch style of softball (primarily windmill versus
arc style pitching) at the Minors level. We continue to introduce and
develop fastpitch skills in the Majors and by doing so better prepare players
for their Middle School and High School teams should they choose to play there.
Skylands Girls Fastpitch offers 4 Divisions of Spring League play (April/May)
for K-8th graders followed by select Summer (June/July) travel teams (The
Skylands Pride) at the 10, 12, 14 and 16u ages.
